นโยบายและอัตราค่าบริการ (สำหรับแบรนด์และพันธมิตร)

1. อัตราค่าบริการผลิตคอนเทนต์มาตรฐาน (Public Rates)

บริการวิดีโอมาตรฐาน (Standard Video): รวมการเขียนบท ถ่ายทำ ตัดต่อ และโพสต์ (Cross-post) 1 ไฟล์ บน 3 ช่องทางหลัก (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) พร้อมพ่วงตะกร้า TikTok
  • หมวดอาหารเสริม / เครื่องสำอาง (ต้องมี อย.): 35,000 บาท / คลิป
  • หมวดสินค้าทั่วไป: 25,000 บาท / คลิป (ครอบคลุม: ของใช้ในบ้าน, Gadget/ไอที, Smart Home, เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า, เสื้อผ้า/แฟชั่น, แม่และเด็ก, อาหาร ขนม เครื่องดื่ม และรถยนต์/มอเตอร์ไซค์)
  • หมวดท่องเที่ยว / ร้านอาหาร / ถ่ายนอกสถานที่: 25,000 บาท / คลิป (ราคาไม่รวมค่าเดินทางและที่พักตามจริง)
  • หมวดแอปพลิเคชัน / บริการออนไลน์: เริ่มต้น 25,000 บาท (หรือประเมินรายกรณี)
  • หมวด B2B / Event / สินค้ามูลค่าสูง: ประเมินราคาเป็นรายกรณี
บริการอื่นๆ และแพ็กเกจเสริม:
  • บริการ Tie-in: 10,000 บาท / เดือน (ได้ 3 คลิป/เดือน, สัญญาขั้นต่ำ 2 เดือน, ไม่มีดราฟต์และไม่สามารถแก้แก้ไขงานได้)
  • ภาพนิ่ง (Still Images): 15,000 บาท / อัลบั้ม (จำนวน 4–7 รูป)
  • หมายเหตุเรื่องภาษี: ราคาดังกล่าวเป็นค่าบริการสุทธิ ปัจจุบันบริษัทไม่ได้จดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จึงไม่มีการเรียกเก็บ VAT เพิ่มเติม

2. บริการเสริมและการซื้อสิทธิ์การใช้งาน (Add-ons & Licences)

  • งานด่วนพิเศษ: ส่งวิดีโอดราฟต์ภายใน 1–2 วันหลังถ่ายทำ มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 5,000 บาท (ต้องได้รับยืนยันคิวงานด่วนจากทีมงานล่วงหน้า)
  • สิทธิ์ 4K Perpetual Content Licence: 10,000 บาท / คลิป (สิทธิ์การดาวน์โหลด นำไปโพสต์ใหม่ ดัดแปลง หรือใช้บนเว็บไซต์/หน้าร้าน ได้ถาวรไม่จำกัดแพลตฟอร์ม ไม่รวมค่าโฆษณา)
  • สิทธิ์ Use Material (ชั่วคราว): 5,000 บาท / เดือน (ใช้วิดีโอฉบับสำเร็จรูปได้ 1 เดือน ใส่กรอบ/Template ได้ ห้ามตัดต่อเนื้อหาหรือเปลี่ยนเสียง ไม่รวมค่าโฆษณา)
  • การยิงแอดโฆษณา (Advertiser / Boost): ฟรี 30 วันแรกนับจากวันโพสต์ หรือวันเปิดสิทธิ์ (หากต้องการต่ออายุ คิดครั้งละ 1,000 บาท / 30 วัน ไม่รวมงบค่าโฆษณา)
  • การแก้ไขงานเกินสิทธิ์: 2,000 บาท / ครั้ง

3. ขั้นตอนการผลิตและการตรวจงาน (Production & Revisions)

  1. บรีฟงาน: แบรนด์ส่งข้อมูลสินค้าและบรีฟที่ต้องการ
  1. ตรวจบท: ทีมงานส่ง Script ให้แบรนด์ยืนยันก่อนถ่ายทำ (หลังจากแบรนด์ยืนยัน Script แล้ว จะไม่อนุญาตให้เปลี่ยนบรีฟ)
  1. การส่งมอบ: ส่งวิดีโอดราฟต์แรกให้ตรวจภายใน 7–10 วันตามคิวงาน
  1. การตรวจงาน: แบรนด์ตรวจสอบและแก้ไของานภายใน 1–3 วัน (หากแบรนด์ตอบกลับล่าช้า วันโพสต์จะเลื่อนออกไปตามระยะเวลาที่ล่าช้า)
  1. เงื่อนไขการแก้ไข: แก้ไขฟรี 1 ครั้ง เฉพาะกรณีที่ข้อมูลคลาดเคลื่อนไปจากบรีฟเดิม (หากต้องการเปลี่ยนบรีฟหลังถ่ายทำ จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเริ่มต้น 50% ของค่าจ้าง และต้องได้รับการอนุมัติจากทีมงาน)

4. นโยบายการชำระเงิน การเลื่อน และการยกเลิกงาน

  • เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน (ลูกค้าใหม่): มัดจำ 50% เพื่อจองและยืนยันคิว และชำระอีก 50% หลังยืนยัน Script (ก่อนเริ่มถ่ายทำ) โดยทีมงานจะเริ่มถ่ายทำเมื่อได้รับสินค้าและยอดชำระครบถ้วนแล้วเท่านั้น
  • การเลื่อนคิวงาน: เลื่อนได้สูงสุด 2 ครั้ง โดยต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วันทำการ
  • นโยบายการยกเลิกและคืนเงิน:
    • ยกเลิก ก่อน ส่งสินค้า: คืนเงิน 100%
    • ยกเลิก หลัง ได้รับสินค้าแล้วแต่ยังไม่ถ่ายทำ: หักค่าดำเนินการ 500 บาท (ลูกค้าผิดชอบค่าส่งสินค้ากลับตามจริง)
    • ยกเลิก หลัง ถ่ายทำแล้ว: ไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

5. นโยบายสินค้าและบริการที่ไม่รับรีวิว (Prohibited Policy)

ทางช่องมีนโยบาย งดรับงาน สำหรับสินค้าและบริการในกลุ่มดังต่อไปนี้โดยเด็ดขาด:
  • เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ / บุหรี่ / บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า / กัญชา / CBD
  • สินค้าที่ไม่มี อย. หรือไม่มีใบอนุญาตตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
  • เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการเมือง / การพนันหรือการพนันแฝง
  • การชักชวนลงทุน / Forex / Cryptocurrency
  • บริการสินเชื่อ / บัตรเครดิต / ประกันภัย
  • ความเชื่องมงาย / ดูดวง / เครื่องรางของขลัง
  • แอปพลิเคชันหาเพื่อน / สินค้าสำหรับผู้ใหญ่
  • คอนเทนต์ที่บังคับหรือกำหนดให้มีเด็กอยู่ในคลิป
  • สินค้ากลุ่ม ยา, คลินิกความงาม, และสินค้าลดน้ำหนัก (ต้องส่งเอกสารและใบอนุญาตให้ทีมงานประเมินเป็นรายกรณี)

Policies and Rates (For Brands & Partners)

1. Standard Content Production Rates (Public Rates)

Standard Video Service: Includes scriptwriting, filming, editing, and cross-posting one video file across three major platforms (TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), including TikTok Shop product linking.
  • Dietary Supplements / Cosmetics (FDA required): 35,000 THB / video
  • General Products: 25,000 THB / video (Covers: Household goods, Gadgets/IT, Smart Home, Home appliances, Clothing/Fashion, Mother & Child, Food/Snacks/Drinks/Seasonings, and Automotive/Motorcycles)
  • Travel / Restaurants / On-site Filming: 25,000 THB / video (Excludes actual travel and accommodation expenses)
  • Apps / Online Services: Starting at 25,000 THB (or case-by-case evaluation)
  • B2B / Events / High-Value Products: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Tax Note: The above rates are net prices. Currently, the company is not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT), so no additional VAT will be charged.

2. Add-ons & Licenses

  • Rush Job: Draft delivered within 1–2 days after filming: Additional 5,000 THB (requires prior queue confirmation from the team).
  • 4K Perpetual Content Licence: 10,000 THB / video (Permanent rights to download, repost, modify, or use on websites/marketplaces across all platforms. Excludes paid advertising).
  • Use Material (Temporary Rights): 5,000 THB / month (Allows usage of the final video for 1 month. Frame/Template overlays are allowed, but editing content or changing audio is strictly prohibited. Excludes paid advertising).
  • Advertiser / Boost Authorization: Free for the first 30 days starting from the posting date or authorization date. Extensions cost 1,000 THB per 30 days (excludes media spend).
  • Excessive Revision: 2,000 THB / time.

3. Production & Revision Workflow

  1. Briefing: The brand submits product information and the desired creative brief.
  1. Script Review: The team sends the script for brand confirmation before filming. (No changes to the brief are allowed after the script is confirmed).
  1. Delivery: The first draft video will be delivered within 7–10 days, depending on the project queue.
  1. Reviewing: The brand must review and provide feedback within 1–3 days. (If the brand's response is delayed, the scheduled posting date will be postponed accordingly).
  1. Revision Terms: 1 free revision, strictly limited to correcting details that deviate from the original brief. (Changing the brief after filming incurs a starting fee of 50% of the project cost and requires team approval).

4. Payment, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Terms (New Customers): A 50% deposit is required to secure the queue, and the remaining 50% is due after script confirmation (before filming begins). Filming will only commence once products and full payment are received.
  • Rescheduling: A maximum of 2 schedule changes are permitted, with at least 3 business days' prior notice.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Cancellation before product shipment: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation after product receipt but before filming: A 500 THB handling fee applies (the customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs).
    • Cancellation after filming has begun: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Prohibited Products and Services Policy

We strictly do not accept review requests or sponsorships for the following categories:
  • Alcoholic beverages / Cigarettes / E-cigarettes / Cannabis / CBD.
  • Products without an FDA license (or relevant legal permits) where legally required.
  • Political content / Gambling or disguised gambling.
  • Investment invitations / Forex / Cryptocurrency.
  • Loan services / Credit cards / Insurance.
  • Superstition / Fortune-telling / Amulets.
  • Dating apps / Adult products.
  • Content strictly requiring children to be featured in the video.
  • Medicines, aesthetic clinics, and weight-loss products (Must submit documents and licenses for case-by-case evaluation by the team).
